The team, the hair side
Besire is one of the two B letters of the salon and the experienced voice when it comes to color. She has worked with hair for more than twenty years.
Besire started out with her own salon in Rahovec, called Sallon Ondulimi Bjonda. After many years there she moved to Pristina and, before reopening her own salon, worked in some of the best known salons in the city to gain new experience. She came to B&B Elegance with a mature craft and eyes still open to learning.
Because Besire does not think experience closes the door on learning. She learns something new every day, through training, research and following the latest trends. Twenty years of experience make her sure of the technique; curiosity keeps her current.
In the hairdresser's craft there are no shortcuts. The ability to read the hair, to know at the first touch what it can take and what it cannot, comes only from the number of heads that have passed through your hands. This experience is felt most in color, where a mistake costs the most. A good balayage requires reading the structure of the hair and knowing when to stop the lightening. These are not learned in one season.
Besire is committed and attentive to detail, and her only goal is for the client to leave happy. Every service starts with a conversation. She listens carefully to what you want, and if what you ask for would harm your hair, she tells you openly and explains, instead of selling the service just because you asked. This honesty is what saves the client disappointment and brings clients back year after year.
Besire is the mother in the family salon she shares with her daughter, Biondina. The division is clear: the hair is Besire's, the skin is Biondina's, even though Biondina also helps her mother on the hair side.
